Ronnie Danon was born in Istanbul, Turkey. He gained his BA degree majoring in accounting and international finance from Bosphorus University. He has worked in the wool industry with the Modiano group since 1979, initially as a sales person before moving on to trading. He helped to establish their Turkish subsidiary in 1992 and has been its Managing Director since then. Ronnie is also part of G Modiano Ltd’s trading team in London.

After gaining vast experience in the Textile industry and working on a variety of projects including work with Interwoollabs, Andrew was appointed Secretary General of the Association in May 2015.
